Because we gather important information from our visitors and from customers using our Services (“Service(s)”), including confidential customer and financial data and information, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Registration Information:  You may browse our Site without providing any personally identifiable information.  However, in order to use certain areas of the Site and in order to subscribe to our Services, you must first complete a registration form and select a username and password. During registration, you may be asked to provide your email address, company name and address, company email address, company fax number, company website URL, contact name, contact email address, time zone and telephone numbers. (“Registration Information”)  

 

Subscription Information:  If you choose to subscribe to certain Services on the Site, we request certain Subscription Information including credit card number, expiration date, card code, billing customer name, and billing address. Optional information requested includes order number, purchase order number, tax exempt status, customer ID number, company name, telephone number, and fax number. 

 

Invited Users:  If you trial or subscribe to certain Services on the Site and wish to invite additional users to join through your trial or subscription account, we will ask you to provide the invitee’s email address. We will automatically send the invitee a one-time email inviting him or her to register for the Services on the Site. Optional contact information that we request on the invitation form include your invitee’s name, company name, and telephone number. Invited Users are provided a temporary password and a link to sign in to the requested Services.  Invited Users will be required to complete a registration form in order to use the Services and to provide Registration Information.

 

Contact Information and Job Applications:  If you contact us you may submit information such as your name, email and postal address, telephone number and any information related to your inquiry.  If you would like to join our team you may submit information about yourself, your resume, your education and employment history and other information such as references through our Site.  This service is operated by a third party provider who collects the information and provides it to us.

 

Automatically Collected Information; Cookies

 

Log Files:  Command Technologies gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring URL, operating system, date/time stamp, and domain names. Command Technologies does not link this automatically-collected data to Personally Identifiable Information. Command Technologies may share automatically-collected information with third parties.

 

Cookies:  A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this Site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any Personally Identifiable Information you submit while on the Site. • if the disclosure is done as part of a purchase, transfer or sale of services or assets (e.g., in the event that substantially all of our assets are acquired by another party, customer information may be one of the transferred assets);  We will endeavor to post a prominent notice on the Site at least 30 days prior to any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

• if the information is provided to our agents, outside vendors or service providers to perform functions on our behalf (e.g., analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing customer service, processing orders, job application, etc.); 

  • if the information is provided for payment processing.  Specifically, Command Technologies uses Chargebee for payment processing. Chargebee will use your information only to facilitate and complete customer-initiated or authorized transactions and service requests; to comply with federal, state and local laws, including credit reporting laws and card association rules; or to combat fraud or identity theft. We require our agents, vendors and service providers to limit their use of information but do not otherwise guarantee that any entity receiving such information in connection with one of these transactions will abide by this Privacy Policy.  

 

Testimonials and customer lists:  We may post customer lists on our website, digital and or printed material which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer’s name, company name and logo without consent. We may post a testimonial including a customer’s name, company and logo, with the customer’s prior consent.

 

Forums:  Command Technologies offers public and member forums on the Site. If you should use the forums on this Site, you should be aware that any Personally Identifiable Information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Command Technologies is not responsible for the Personally Identifiable Information you choose to submit in these forums. 

 

Choice and Opt-Out

 

 Command Technologies strives to keep our communications with you to those related to your account.  You can unsubscribe to promotional emails by following the instructions in the email.  If you do not wish to receive account-related communications from Command Technologies, you have the option to deactivate your account  by sending an email to rr@commantech.io or by sending a written request to Command Technologies at Command Technologies, Inc., 1155 Camino Del Mar, 126, Del Mar, CA 92014. Command Technologies will honor all deactivation requests within 10 business days of receipt.

Security

 

Command Technologies uses reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures to protect information contained in our system against misuse, loss or alteration.  We restrict access to information to those with a business need for access. Your information is processed and stored on controlled servers with restricted access. When you access your account on the Site, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, however, information transmitted by email is not secured.  Access to your account and information you upload to our Services is restricted to registered users that you have authorized and invited to view your data.  Unfortunately no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Enforcement

 

Command Technologies regularly reviews its compliance with this Statement. If we receive a complaint, it is Command Technologies’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. Users should expect an initial response within 72 hours. If necessary, unresolved complaints will be forwarded to our General Counsel for appropriate action. We will cooperate with any necessary regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Command Technologies and an individual.
