The AGC Specialty Contractors Council is hosting its second, Meet Your General Contractor Cornhole Tournament & Mixer to support students in the SDSU Construction Management Program.
General Contractors (GCs) who sign up for the tournament in teams of two will be given an additional two spots to the mixer along with a table to showcase their upcoming projects. GCs, this is your opportunity to talk with subcontractors and affiliates in attendance and let them know what’s on your bid board. Bring your estimating team, your pre-construction team, and your safety team to meet AGC members.
Subcontractors and Affiliates who sign up for the tournament get the opportunity to compete against a GC team. It’s sure to be a lot of fun!
Format for the tournament will be round-robin play, with the top teams from each group advancing to a single-elimination bracket. Members who don’t want to play in the tournament can sign up to attend the mixer only. Watch the tournament, and mix and mingle with friends in the industry.
The mixer includes grilled tri-tip and chicken with all the fixings, hosted bars, and an ice cream truck.
Join us May 21 at the AGC Lakeside Training Facility along with SDSU faculty, and past scholarship winners and graduates.
- Cornhole Tournament teams are required to arrive at 3:30 p.m.
- The tournament and mixer will begin at 4:00 p.m.
